THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN KNOW

1. God loves you and offers you a full and abundant life.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, That whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

"I (Jesus) have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." (John 10:10)

2. Your sins have separated you from God.

"All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

"The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 6:23)

3. God has provided the way to bring you back into relationship with Him.

"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6)

"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

"For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve. After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once." (1 Corinthians 15:3-6)

4. We must receive Jesus into our hearts by faith.

"But as many as received Him (Jesus), to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name." (John 1:12)

(Jesus said) "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me." (Revelation 3:20) You can receive Jesus into your life right now and have your sins forgiven if you will just pray something like this:

"Heavenly Father, I confess that I am a sinner. I know that my sins have separated me from You and I now know that Jesus died for my sins. I now receive Jesus into my heart and thank you for loving me and giving me eternal life. I invite you to be the Lord of my life and make me into the person you want me to be."
